How to reset the local Administrator password

Petter Nordahl created this ingenious (and free) boot disk which can be used to reset the local Administrator password on any Windows system. We have used it in the past with great success, but please heed the warnings on his page!

Note that this will not help you to reset domain Administrator passwords, though it may be able to reset the local Administrator password on a Domain Controller to enable you to enter Directory Services Recovery Mode.
