Changes to Irfanview settings are not saved

Changes made to the IrfanView configuration through Options -> Properties or to the default view (e.g. fit to window) are lost when IrfanView is closed and restarted.

These settings are saved to C:\Program Files\IrfanView\i_view32.ini by default. If a user does not have write permission to this folder (such as members of the Users group), these settings will not be saved.
