Internet Explorer pictures look blurry when using high resolution

This issue was seen on a new Dell laptop with the factory screen resolution it was set to when it arrived from Dell.

When surfing the web using Internet Explorer, some pictures on some websites looked blurry or fuzzy. This was most apparent when visiting the Google website where the logo is usually very nice and detailed, but in this case the logo seemed blurry.

We found that it is simply a small registry key that must be changed in order to fix the issue.

Set the following registry value to zero (0):
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main\UseHR

Once this change has been made, restart Internet Explorer and the pictures should no longer be fuzzy.
